My PetSafe® SSSCAT® Automatic Spray Deterrent Is Not Working
If your PetSafe® SSSCAT® Automatic Spray Deterrent is not working, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Ensure the unit is powered on by verifying a blinking light every 30 seconds. For more information on powering your unit on, visit How to Turn My PetSafe® SSSCAT® Automatic Spray Deterrent On or Off.
Ensure the spray can has spray in it by removing the spray can and pressing the nozzle down. For instructions on removing the spray can, visit How to Change the Spray Can in My PetSafe® SSSCAT® Automatic Spray Deterrent.
Clean any spray residue off the motion sensor.
Replace all four batteries. Visit How to Change the Batteries in My PetSafe® SSSCAT® Automatic Spray Deterrent.
