My PetSafe® SMART DOG® Collar Will Not Connect to the App

Ensure the correct app is in use. The previous Smart Dog app is no longer functional. You must now use the My PetSafe App. For more information on connecting to the My PetSafe App, visit How to Connect the PetSafe® SMART DOG® Trainer.

Ensure the collar is charged. You will see a green flashing light every 5 seconds. For more information on charging, visit How to Charge the PetSafe® SMART DOG® Trainer.

Ensure that your Bluetooth is turned on in your phone settings.

Reset the collar and then attempt to reconnect to the app. For detailed instructions on resetting your collar, visit How to Reset the PIN on the PetSafe® SMART DOG® Trainer.

If you still have no improvement uninstall and reinstall the My PetSafe® App.
