My PetSafe® Seascape Pet Fountain Is Slimy
Important Information
- Clean the fountain at least once a month. Multi-pet households may need to clean more frequently.
- It is recommended to clean the pump and change the filters when cleaning the fountain.
- Even with the use of the filters, you should still dump out old water and fill with fresh water often. This helps prevent the buildup of saliva, debris from pet food, fur, and other particles that can contribute to the fountain becoming dirty sooner.
