Make sure that both contact points on your collar are hand-tight.
Verify that your collar is connected to your app. For instructions on connecting, visit How to Connect the PetSafe® SMART DOG® Trainer.
Ensure the collar is delivering static stimulation. Visit How to Test My PetSafe® SMART DOG® Collar for more information.
Ensure the collar is fitted properly on your dog. Visit How to Fit My PetSafe® Training Collar to My Dog for more information.
