What Do the Lights and Tones Indicate on My PetSafe® Automatic Ball Launcher

Important Information

For your dog’s safety, the Ball Launcher will only play for 15 minutes at a time, then rest for 15 minutes. The 15-minute play period will only begin once a ball has been dropped into the hopper.

The motion sensor at the front of the ball launcher will detect movement 7 feet in front of the unit for 5 seconds. Play will resume when there is no more movement.

Tones and Beeps

2 Tones from Low to High- This indicates the unit is being powered ON or Play Time resuming after the 15 minute Rest Mode

2 Tones from High to Low- This indicates the unit is being powered OFF or Rest Mode engaging.

6 Tone Melody- This indicates a ball is detected in the launch pocket and ready to launch.

1 Tone for One Second- This indicates the Motion Detection sensor has detected motion in front of the unit.

LED Lights

Good Battery- Green light flashes once every 10 seconds

Error- Red light flashes once every second

Sleep Mode- Orange light flashes one time every 10 seconds
