My PetSafe® Stay & Play® With Replaceable Battery Has No Power to the Collar
The PetSafe® Stay & Play® with Replaceable Battery collar will have an indicator light on it that flashes green every 5 seconds when the collar is powered on, the battery is powered on and has a good battery. If the collar is blinking red every 5 seconds, the battery is low and needs to be replaced. If you have no light on the collar, follow the steps below.
Remove the collar from your pet before troubleshooting.
Drain the battery memory. Visit How to Drain the Battery Memory in a PetSafe® Stay & Play® Wireless Fence With Replaceable Battery Collar.
Replace the battery with a new PetSafe® Brand RFA-67 battery. These can be purchased directly from PetSafe.com.
