My PetSafe® Smart Feed Automatic Pet Feeder is Not Dispensing the Correct Amount of Food
There are a few common causes that will contribute to a PetSafe® Smart Feed Automatic Pet Feeder dispensing an incorrect amount of food. Follow the steps below to address each one.
Ensure the feeder is not low on food.
After refilling the feeder, prime the feeder by using the feed now function on the feeder or within the app.
