My PetSafe® Smart Feed Automatic Pet Feeder is Not Dispensing Meals on Time

The PetSafe® Smart Feed time is determined by the time zone selected at setup. The feeder will receive regular updates while connected to Wi-Fi.

Open My PetSafe App.

Select the pet’s Smart Feed from the list.

Select Settings at the bottom.

Scroll down to Date & Time

Ensure the time zone shown is appropriate for your feeder’s current location.

Place the feeder closer to your router.
