My PetSafe® Pro Dog Trainer Remote and Collar Are Not Communicating  

Important: Test your remote and collar after each step. For instructions on testing, visit How To Test My PetSafe® Pro Dog Trainer.

Make sure your remote is set to the correct Dog associated with your collar. Using the button on the left side of the remote, toggle between Dog 1 and Dog 2.

Make sure both the collar and remote are fully charged. The collar will indicate a low battery with a flashing red light. The remote will indicate the battery life by the battery icon on the display. For more information on charging, visit How To Charge My PetSafe® Pro Dog Trainer.
