My PetSafe® Pagoda Ceramic Pet Fountain Has No Water Flow

Ensure the fountain is filled with water.

Ensure the gasket on the underside of the tower is lined up properly with the circle on the top of the carbon filter housing.

Change the filters, disassemble, and clean the pump using a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution as described in the article How To Disassemble and Clean My PetSafe® Pagoda Ceramic Pet Fountain.
