My PetSafe® Outdoor Dog Fountain Has a Weak or Stopped Flow

Check the flow control dial. Remove the filter housing and foam filter to access the pump. On the front of the pump, the flow control dial rotates, allowing you to adjust the strength of the flow. To increase the flow, rotate the tab on the dial upwards.

Check the filters. Dirty filters will not allow water to flow easily through them. Replace the carbon filter if dirty. Clean debris from the foam filter or replace it if old and dirty.
