My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS + Tracking Base Has a Red Light

Press The Reset ButtonPress The Reset Button

A red light on the charging base indicates an error. While the base is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds to reset the device.

You may have to reconnect the base, visit How to Onboard and Setup My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS + Tracking System.
