How to Troubleshoot My ScoopFree® Crystal Smart Automatic Litter Box Not Sending Notifications
Check the litter box status light. A blue blinking light indicates the litter box is offline. Try reconnecting your box to Wi-Fi. For more information, visit The Wi-Fi light on My ScoopFree® Crystal Smart Automatic Litter Box is Blinking Blue.
Open the My PetSafe app and select the litter box.
Select Settings at the bottom of the screen. Then select notifications.
Ensure the slides for all the desired notifications are highlighted blue.
Check your phone settings to ensure push notifications are enabled.
