The Wi-Fi light on My ScoopFree® Crystal Smart Automatic Litter Box is Blinking Blue
If you have a blinking blue Wi-Fi light, that means your unit is no longer connected to the internet.
Confirm your home internet is working. You can check this on your Wi-Fi router or contact your home internet provider.
Unplug and plug your ScoopFree back in.
Reset your Wi-Fi connection on your box by pressing and holding the Wi-Fi button until it turns yellow. Then reconnect the box to the Wi-Fi through your app.
