How to Troubleshoot Little or No Bubbling on the PetSafe® Viva™ Fountain
In the event the pump in your fountain no longer has sufficient bubbling or circulation, try these steps to get it working again.
- Ensure the fountain is filled with water. If the red light is visible on the front of the fountain, fill with water to the MAX fill line.
- Ensure the flow control on the pump is set to the highest setting.
- Change the filters, disassemble, and clean the pump using a 50/50 vinegar solution as described in the article How to Disassemble and Clean the PetSafe® Viva Fountain.
