How to Troubleshoot a Red Light on the PetSafe® Viva™ Fountain
Fill the fountain with water to the fill line.
If the light does not automatically turn off after refilling with water, unplug the fountain from the wall outlet and plug it back in.
If the issue persists, disassemble and clean the fountain using the steps located in the article How to Disassemble and Clean the PetSafe® Viva Fountain.
