How to Test My PetSafe® Spray Bark Collar
Important Information
Before testing, make sure the collar is fully charged and there is spray in the cartridge inserted in the collar.
Connect the charger to the collar and plug into a wall outlet. The indicator light will glow solid green.
Press and hold the power button on the collar. Make sure your finger does not completely cover the button so that the light from the power button is still visible.
Ensure the spray nozzle is facing away from you.
Continue to hold the power button while unplugging the charger from the collar. The light will turn yellow indicating it is now in test mode.
Release the power button. The collar will emit a single spray then power off.
- If the light begins to flash yellow after the test spray, the cartridge is empty and needs to be replaced.
- If the collar does not emit a spray during test mode, replace the cartridge and test again.
