How to Replace the Spray Refill Cartridge in My PetSafe® Spray Bark Collar

Important Information

  • Spray Refill Cartridges contain 35-40 sprays.
  • Remove the spray cartridge when storing for long periods.
  • Spray Refills can be purchased through our website.
    • For Citronella Scent, go here.
    • For Unscented, go here.

When turning the collar on or while the collar is powered on, the indicator light will provide the status of the collar.

Slide the door lock to open the cartridge door and remove the empty cartridge.

Remove Plastic Cap From CartridgeRemove Plastic Cap From Cartridge

Remove the clear protective shipping cap from the new refill cartridge.

Insert New Cartridge Into CollarInsert New Cartridge Into Collar

Insert the refill cartridge into the collar.

Close Cartridge DoorClose Cartridge Door

Close the cartridge door on the collar. Press the door next to the door lock until the door clicks shut.
