Your ScoopFree® Clumping Self-Cleaning Litter Box Has a Red Light
If your litter box has a solid red light, that indicates an obstruction in your litter box. Follow the troubleshooting steps below:
Clear out any obstructions, like a clump, near the rake.
Make sure the litter is between the min and max fill lines. Too much litter can trigger the sensors.
Clean the sensors. We recommend rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab.
Press the manual rake button to retest.
