Your Healthy Pet Simply Feed™ is Not Dispensing Meals on Time
If your feeder is dispensing meals later than normal, you may be experiencing a drift in the clock time. This is typically related to the amount of power being supplied to the feeder and is more common in battery-ran electronics as the batteries weaken with time.
Battery performance can also be affected by temperature. This feeder should be used indoors only in a climate-controlled environment.
To Resolve
Remove the batteries.
Inspect the battery contact springs for any signs of corrosion or discoloration. Clean off with an alcohol swab or wipe as needed.
Replace batteries with new batteries. It is important to use non-rechargeable alkaline D-cell batteries from a reputable brand.
The Simply Feed® is primarily designed for battery use. However, an adaptor is available separately for purchase. You can purchase one here.
