What Do the Lights Mean on My PetSafe® FreshFeed Refrigerated Pet Feeder?
Important Information
The feeder’s LED brightness can be adjusted in the app. If you do not see the light or you are having difficulty seeing the light, adjust the brightness. For more information, visit How To Change the Settings on My PetSafe® FreshFeed Refrigerated Pet Feeder.
Wi-Fi and Connectivity Lights
Pulsing Red: The feeder is in Wi-Fi standby mode. Hold the reset button for 5 seconds to initiate pairing.
Pulsing White: The feeder is ready to pair. The pairing mode will timeout after 10 minutes of no connectivity and the light will return to pulsing red. The reset button will need to be pressed again to reinitiate pairing mode.
Pulsing Yellow: The feeder is in the process of connecting to Wi-Fi.
Pulsing Green: The feeder is in the process of connecting to the app.
Solid Blue: The feeder is connected to Wi-Fi and the app, and is ready to use.
Operation Lights with Auto-Stop Feature
If you would like the feeder to stop rotating once it has fed all 6 meals, enable the Stop After Full Rotation feature in the app. For more information, visit How To Change the Settings on My PetSafe® FreshFeed Refrigerated Pet Feeder.
When this feature is enabled, the LED will change color to remind you when to refill the feeder.
Solid Blue: The feeder has more than 3 meals ready to serve.
Solid Yellow: The feeder has just 2 meals left.
Solid Red: The feeder is on its last meal.
