Troubleshooting Your Ultrasonic Bark Control Collar

If your dog is not responding to the ultrasonic tone or there is no light on the collar, follow the instructions below to get the collar working properly.

If there is no light to indicate the collar has powered on, continue with the next step.

Remove the screw on the back of the collarRemove the screw on the back of the collar

Move the power switch to O. Use a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw on the back of the collar.

Pull out the tabPull out the tab

Pull out the tab on the side of the collar to expose the battery compartment.

Ensure that the batteries are placed with the positive sides upEnsure that the batteries are placed with the positive sides up

Ensure that the batteries are placed with the positive sides up.

If the positive sides were not facing up, slide the battery compartment back into the collar. The light should turn green.


If the positive sides were already facing up or there was no light after adjusting the batteries, continue with the next steps.

Insert two new CR2032 batteries with the positive sides facing up.

Slide the battery compartment backSlide the battery compartment back

Slide the battery compartment back into the collar and replace the screw on the back of the collar.

Turn the power switch to the ITurn the power switch to the I

Turn the power switch to the I. The light will flash green indicating the collar has power.

If there is no power light after new batteries, contact our Customer Care.

Test the collar by blowing into the microphoneTest the collar by blowing into the microphone

Test the collar by blowing into the microphone. The light will turn solid green indicating that the ultrasonic tone is being emitted.

If the collar powers on, and your dog is not responding, ultrasonic bark stimulation may not be the appropriate solution for your dog. Contact our Customer Care for further assistance with bark control solutions.
