Tracker Not Staying on My Collar or Harness - PetSafe® GPS Tracker

Confirm the Tracker has been attached correctly.

• Even if the Tracker closes on the strap, it must be threaded correctly for the tracker to stay put.
• The strap should cover the front of the Tracker.
• The charging contacts should still be visible and not covered by the strap.
• To verify it is attached correctly, visit How To Attach and Remove My PetSafe® GPS Dog Tracker From a Collar or Harness.

Check the size of the collar or harness strap. The Tracker is only compatible with collar straps and harnesses up to 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide.

• If your current collar strap or harness is too wide, all of PetSafe® collar straps are between 3/4-1 inch (1.9-2.5 cm).

Check the metal clip for any damage.

• Damage may include being bent, misaligned, broken or missing.
• If the metal clip is damaged, contact customer care.
