Timeline or Health Stats Are Wrong or Won’t Load - PetSafe® GPS Cat Tracker
Important Information
- You must have an active subscription to receive updates. For help, visit How To Finish Setting Up a PetSafe® GPS Cat Tracker Subscription.
- Health Stats can take up to 10 minutes to update, depending on signal.
Troubleshooting
Make sure the Tracker battery is not dead. You can see the battery status from the Live Dashboard. Visit How To View Battery Status and Charge My PetSafe® GPS Cat Tracker.
Pull down the Health Stats list to refresh the stats.
Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
Make sure the app has permission to use cellular data and Wi-Fi in your phone settings.
Completely close out, reopen the app and recheck the Health Stats.
Uninstall the app. Then, reinstall and log back in with your email.
- Uninstalling the app will not delete any stored data.
If they are still not updated, contact our customer care.
