The Wall Unit for My PetSafe® Brand Stubborn Dog In-Ground Fence™ Does Not Have Power

Confirm the power adaptor is securely inserted into the outlet and the wall unit or surge protector if in use.

If you are using a PetSafe® Brand Surge Protector for Pet Fence Systems, remove the surge protector and plug the wall unit directly into the wall.

  • If you have power, your surge protector is no longer working. Please contact Customer Care for further assistance.

Unplug the wall unit and plug another device into the outlet to ensure the outlet has power.

  • If there is no power to the new device, your outlet is not providing power.
  • If your device has power, please contact Customer Care for further assistance.
