The Light on the Front of My Simply Clean® Automatic Litter Box Is Flashing Red and Blue

A flashing red and blue light on the front of the Simply Clean indicates that there is an issue with the movement of the conveyor or the bowl (or both), or that there is a firmware issue. If the litter box:

• Is working appropriately except for the flashing lights, contact Customer Care for assistance.
• Is not working:
  • Complete the steps in The Light on the Front of My Simply Clean® Automatic Litter Box Is Solid Red to check the movement of the conveyor.
  • Complete the steps in The Light on the Front of My Simply Clean® Automatic Litter Box Is Flashing Red to check the movement of the bowl.
