PetSafe® In-Ground Containment – No Power on Collar
Important Information
Only use PetSafe® brand RFA-67 batteries. Using third-party batteries can cause issues with the functionality of the collar.

Remove the clear protective button cap by turning it counter-clockwise using the side of the Test Light Tool or a coin.
Remove the battery by turning it counter-clockwise using the side of the Test Light Tool or a coin.
Press and hold the button on the collar for 30 seconds. You may see a light, continue to hold the entire time.
Gently lift the metal tab in the battery compartment, bending it slightly out to ensure good connection with the battery.
Insert a new battery, turning it clockwise to lock. You may see a light.
Check the collar for power. Press and release the button, you should see a red light flash a number of times indicating the collar correction level.
Test the collar on the boundary once you have confirmed it has power.
