PetSafe® In-Ground Containment – No Loop Light

Confirm the system has power by checking the power indicator light is glowing solid red.

Ensure all the wires in each terminal are making proper connection. Make sure you have at least 3/8 inch insulation stripped from each end and that the wire end is pushed all the way into the terminal and the connection is tight.

Unplug the wires in the fence base unit terminals and the boundary wires from the surge protector. Take the boundary wires and plug them directly into the base unit terminals, bypassing the surge protector. If the loop light glows solid red, replace the surge protector.

Perform a Systems Test to determine if the boundary wire or the base unit is causing the loop light to be out.
