My PetSafe® Spray Bark Collar is Too Sensitive and Spraying without Barking
Before playing with your dog, remove the Spray Bark Collar. The activity may cause your dog to bark, which could lead to him associating the play with the burst of spray.
Remove all other collars or wearable items with metallic parts or tags. These could create noise that may needlessly activate the spray collar.
Never attach a leash to the spray collar.
Ensure the collar is properly fit on your dog.
