The maximum range is 75ft in the ideal environment.
Check your environment. Large obstructions like buildings, mountains, hills, and thick brush or trees can affect the range.
Bluetooth cannot travel through metal easily. Attempting to use the product from inside a vehicle or building with metal walls may result in reduced range.
Ensure there is no visible damage to the collar. If there is damage, you may need to replace the collar.
