My PetSafe® ScoopFree® OpenSky Self-Cleaning Litter Does Not Last Long or Has a Strong Odor
Ensure high-quality litter is in use. Non-clumping litter and multiple cats using the same litter box will result in the need to empty the waste drawer and replace litter more frequently.
Empty the waste drawer and ensure a liner is in use.
Change the deodorizer every 15 days. They can be purchased on PetSafe.com
Adjust the sifting time in the app by pressing the current time listed under "Clean delay." A longer cleaning delay may be necessary to allow your litter to perform at its optimum level. For crystal and clumping, we recommend at least a 20-minute cleaning delay. This may vary depending on the type and brand of litter.
