My PetSafe® Remote Spray Trainer & Collar Are Not Communicating
Important information
Before you begin any troubleshooting, remove the collar from your dog.
Confirm Power and Battery Charge
Start by making sure both the collar and remote are sufficiently charged and powered on.
- When any button on the remote is pressed, the screen should turn on and display the level of correction. Ensure the battery icon indicates sufficient battery charge.
- While powered on, the collar will flash a green light once every 5 seconds to indicate sufficient battery charge.
If either device doesn’t power on or has sufficient battery charge, fully charge before proceeding. For more information, visit our article How To Charge My PetSafe® Remote Spray Trainer.
