My PetSafe® Pawz Away® 2.0 Collar Will Not Charge
Important Information
- While connected to the charger, the collar will have a blinking green light to indicate it is charging.
- A full charge can take about 2 hours to complete.
- When charging is complete, the collar light will turn solid green.
Make sure the charging cable and collar charging connections are clean and free from debris. Unplug the charging cable from the wall adaptor, then clean the magnetic charge connections on the collar and charging cable with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol.
Check the charging cable and wall adaptor for damage. If damage is visible, discontinue use and replace the necessary part.
If you are using a USB wall adaptor, try a different one or plug another device into the adaptor to confirm it is working.
If you are plugging the charging cable directly into a USB port, try using a different port or plug another device into the outlet to confirm it is working.
Confirm the outlet is working by plugging in another device, such as a lamp.
