My PetSafe® Hydrosphere™ 60oz Stainless Steel Fountain Has No Lights

Ensure the power cord is securely inserted into the port on the bottom of the base. Plug the other end into a USB-A adaptor or outlet.

Check that the fountain is powered on. Press and release the power button. The power light will glow solid blue.

If there is no light after you press the power button, ensure the outlet is working properly by plugging in another device, such as a lamp.

If the outlet is working, try using a different wall adaptor and USB-C-to-USB-A cord.
