My PetSafe® Hydrosphere™ 60oz Cordless Fountain Has No Lights
Important Information
When operating on battery power, the fountain switches to motion-detected flow mode to conserve energy. In this mode, no lights are visible on the fountain. When your pet approaches the fountain, the lights and pump turn on. When the fountain is not in use, the lights and pump turn off.
Ensure the fountain is powered on. To power on the fountain, press and release the power button. The power light will indicate the battery level.
If there is no light after pressing the power button, plug the charging cord into the fountain base and the other end into a 5V, 2A USB-A adaptor or outlet. The power light pulses blue to indicate charging. Allow the unit to fully charge, indicated by a solid blue light. If there is no light when plugged in, ensure the outlet is working properly by plugging in another device like a lamp.
If the outlet is working, try using a different wall adaptor and USB-C to USB-A cord.
