My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS + Tracking Fence Collar Does Not Have an LTE Signal

Your collar will blink 3 quick white flashes every second if it has no LTE signal.

Remove collar(s) from pet(s) before troubleshooting. 

If you are having trouble acquiring LTE communication with your collar, verify the following: 

• The collar has a sufficient battery charge.
• You may need to step outside to receive the LTE signal.
• The collar is being held with the antennas upwards towards the sky. 
• Your hand is not covering the antenna.
• The collar is not inside or on a vehicle. 
• Confirm your subscription is active. To manage your subscription, sign in to your PetSafe® account.
