My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS 2.0 Dog Fence + Tracking Collar Will Not Connect to My Phone
Confirm that the phone’s Bluetooth is on.
Confirm that Bluetooth access is approved in your phone’s settings for the My PetSafe® App.
Confirm the collar is fully charged. For more information on charging, visit How To Plug My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS 2.0 Dog Fence + Tracking Charging Base in and Charge the Collar.
Manually put your collar back into Bluetooth Pairing Mode.
With the collar powered on, press and hold the power button until the Battery Status LED flashes green and the collar beeps from low to high. The Battery Status and Signal Status LED will slowly blink blue to confirm it is in Bluetooth Pairing Mode.
