My PetSafe® Creekside Ceramic Pet Fountain Has Low or No Flow

In the event the pump in your fountain no longer has sufficient flow, try these steps to get it working again.

Ensure the fountain is filled with water.

Ensure the gasket on the underside of the cone is lined up properly with the circle on the top of the carbon filter housing.

Remove Old Filter From HousingRemove Old Filter From Housing

Remove the filter and run the fountain. If the flow improves without the filter, rinse your filter thoroughly and shake vigorously. Change your filter if it has not been changed recently.
