Always remove the collar from your pet before beginning any troubleshooting.
Make sure an original Radio Systems Corporation™ power adaptor is being used (older versions were marked with the brand GRE) and is securely inserted into the wall and base unit.

Replace the power adaptor for the unit if the red light on the base unit is flickering, dimming, or blinking.
