My PetSafe® Brand Stubborn Dog Fence Collar Keeps Showing a Low Battery

Remove the four screws from the collar lid.

Remove the battery.

Perform a Battery Drain.

Insert a new 9V alkaline battery.

Replace the collar lid and four screws. Screws only need to be hand tight. Over tightening may cause the housing to crack

Press and release the button on the collar to test for power. You may have a clear cap over your button. This can be removed with a coin or the Test Light Tool included with your system.
