My PetSafe® Basic Dog Trainer Remote Is Not Charging

Make sure both the charger and remote are free from any debris. If not wipe off with a dry cloth.

Make sure the magnetic charger is making a secure connection on the remote and remains connected when you place the remote down.

If the bars in the battery icon do not continuously cycle while charging, try another device in the USB brick to ensure it is working.

Then try another wall outlet. Make sure you are using an outlet in another room.

If the remote is still not charging, try using the magnetic charger on the collar to see if the charging cord is functioning properly.

If the collar is also not charging, you may need a new cord.
