Every pet takes time getting familiar with the ramp. Before setting the ramp up, follow the steps below to make sure your pet is comfortable.

Unsnap the lock on the side of the ramp to unfold.

Unfold the ramp to expand it to full size.

Place the ramp flat on the ground and lead your pet across with treats. Encourage your pet by giving treats as he walks across the ramp.

Place the ramp on the car when your pet is comfortable walking across.

Place the ramp so the angled edge is flat against the bumper of the car.

Encourage your pet to use the ramp with treats and praise. It may take several attempts before your pet is comfortable walking up the ramp.

Important: If your pet is not using the ramp while it’s set up, try the ramp on the ground again or set it up at a more gradual incline..

Fold the ramp in half.

Snap the lock to secure the two halves.
