How to Use the PetSafe® Snap-On Closing Panel on Your Pet Door

Important Information

The Snap-OnClosing Panel is to be used for energy efficiency purposes only. While this can also be a visual to your pet that the door cannot be used at this time, the closing panel is not intended as a security device to hold up to an aggressive or forcible entry/exit attempt. This behavior will need to be discouraged via training.

The closing panel may not attach properly if the pet door is installed backward. Please ensure that the interior frame with the flap is installed inside your house.
