How To Use CozyUp® Steps & Ramp Combo

Welcome
Your CozyUp® Step & Ramp Combo will help your pet get around safely and comfortably so you can enjoy your favorite spots and activities together.
A Few Things to Keep In Mind:
Durability tested to hold pets up to 200lbs
Adjustable heights between 16-20inches
Understanding
Hinged Step Riser
Sits in one of two slots under the tread to form a step.
Tread
Convertible from carpeted steps to ramp with the hinged step riser.
Latch
Holds the step & ramp legs at your desired height.
Adjustable Legs
Adjusts to 20 inches when latched and 16 inches when unlatched.
Height Adjustment
Unlatch the latch found on the legs of the unit.
Fold the bottom portion of the legs up against the shortened legs.
Convert to Steps
Lift the top tread to reveal the riser underneath.
Raise the step riser and insert into one of the two slots underneath the tread. Select the appropriate slot to ensure the tread is level.
Repeat to set up the middle step and then the bottom step.
Note: Always work from top to bottom when setting up the steps.
Convert to Ramp
Lift each tread and fold the hinged step riser beneath it. Gently replace the tread into ramp position
Repeat step 1 with the remaining two steps.
Storage
Starting in the ramp position, flip the product upside down.
Gently pull pack on the legs to release the hinged panel.
Allow the legs to fall slowly into place against the back of the treaded steps.
Acclimate Your Pet
Take your pet through the acclimation of steps and ramps to get him comfortable with your new Step & Ramp combo.
What to Expect
The acclimation time will depend on the learning habits of your pet.
Have your pet’s favorite treats or toys to help with training.
