How To Turn On/Off the Filter Reminder on My PetSafe® Hydrosphere™ 60oz Stainless Steel Fountain
The filter reminder light helps you track filter life. When the filter reminder is on, the light pulses red after the filter has been in use for three weeks. This indicates it is time to replace the filter. After replacing the filter, you will reset the reminder. If you do not want a reminder, you can opt out by turning the filter reminder off.
To turn off the reminder, press and hold the filter button for 10 seconds. After 3 seconds the light will flash blue three times. Continue holding the button until the light flashes red three times to indicate the reminder has been turned off. The light will no longer give you an indication that the filter needs to be replaced.
To turn on the reminder, reset the filter reminder. Press and hold the filter button for 3 seconds. Release the button when the light flashes blue three times to indicate the filter reminder has been reset and turned on. The light will now indicate when the filter needs to be replaced.
To reset the reminder, press and hold the filter button for 3 seconds. Release the button when the light flashes blue three times to indicate the filter reminder has been reset. Replace the filter before resetting the filter reminder.
