How to Troubleshoot Your ScatMat®
Check Power

Turn the power switch to any setting and look for a red light on the power pack.

If a red light is not seen, insert a new 9V battery in the unit and try again.
Check for Damage

Check the ScatMat® for any visible damage. If there is any damage to the wires, stop using the mat and contact our Customer Care Team.
Confirm Activation

To confirm the ScatMat® is working, turn it to low and place your hand on the mat. If a stimulation is not felt, contact our Customer Care Team.
