How to Troubleshoot No Flow on a PetSafe® Drinkwell® Stainless Multi-Pet Fountain
In the event the pump in your fountain no longer has flow, try these steps to get it working again.
- Ensure the fountain is filled with water.
- Ensure the intake tube is properly situated in the bottom of the filter housing.
- Change the filters, disassemble, and clean the pump as described in the article How to Disassemble and Clean the Filters in the PetSafe® Drinkwell® Stainless Multi-Pet Fountain Pump.
