My PetSafe® Drinkwell® Stainless Multi-Pet Fountain Has Low Flow
Low flow can be caused by several factors. Try these steps to get the fountain flowing as it should.
- Ensure the fountain bowl is filled with water.
- Adjust the flow by turning the flow control cap clockwise to increase the speed of the flow.
- Change the filters, disassemble, and clean the fountain pump using the method located in the article How to Disassemble and Clean the Filters in the PetSafe® Drinkwell® Stainless Multi-Pet Fountain Pump.
