How to Troubleshoot a PetSafe® Healthy Pet Water Station that is Not Refilling
Check that reservoir is locked in place properly. Match the arrow on the base to the unlock symbol on reservoir and twist clockwise to lock the reservoir in place. The arrow on the base will then align with the lock symbol on the reservoir.
