How to Troubleshoot a Pet Escaping the Boundary of the Guardian® GPS Connected Customizable Fence
Secure your pet and remove the collar from your pet before troubleshooting.
Verify the collar battery is charged and powered on. The first of two blinking lights will indicate the battery level with a green, yellow, or red light.
While outside, away from any dwellings, hold the collar with the antenna pointed towards the sky. Confirm the GPS signal quality is fair or better.
Check the correction level in the app. Verify it is not tone only. Adjust the correction level up one level.

Please note, this system utilizes GPS technology. The boundary will be a general area. It is not uncommon for there to be a delay in correction or to vary in location slightly.
